In July 2005, the Municipality of Saint-Gabriel-de-Valcartier held a contest that challenged its residents to invent a motto that would represent the Municipality and its citizens. Everyone was invited to use their imagination to find the perfect words to embody our Municipality.
We would like to congratulate the winner of this contest, Mrs. Louise Verret. From now on, Ensemble, au coeur de la nature, Together, in the heart of nature will be the words used to represent our community, the harmony between its citizens and the pleasure of sharing all of its natural beauty.
